Running water was a complete letdown. waking up two days in a row without it is a nightmare for any traveler, especially if you can't brush your teeth or shower. The noise from the trucks rumbling by is another issue—you can literally feel the building shake. One guest mentioned the bathroom had dangerous live wiring surrounding the showerhead and was covered in black mold, making it unusable, while others reported that cleanliness was a problem with unwashed bed sheets and lingering smells. Plus, the impression of being near a ‘red zone’ adds an air of unease while trying to relax.

Recommend it for a couple's getaway
Had a delightful experience with a spacious room with working Netflix, which is rare in Central America. The attached cafe was charming, perfect for a cozy morning with fresh coffee.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for what you get.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location was perfect for visiting the National Theatre and checking out La Sabana Metropolitan Park. The café next door provided great coffee to start our days, and we had fun exploring the city. The rooms were comfortable and clean, just what we needed after a long day.
One downside was that our room lacked windows, making it a bit dark. This wasn't ideal for hanging out or enjoying the vibe that the city offers.

Comforting Stay with a Cozy Vibe
I stayed for two nights in a double room. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the café downstairs offered delightful coffee. noise from adjacent rooms can be disruptive. a bit of soundproofing would enhance the experience. Guests might want to bring earplugs for a better night’s sleep.
